## Public Tools (No Authentication Required)
1. `search_rides`: Find available carpool rides across 24 Tunisian governorates with seat availability and prices.
2. `estimate_pricing`: Calculate fair price recommendations in Tunisian Dinars (TND / DT) adhering to Droovo's 25 DT platform ceiling.
3. `get_faq`: Query official rules, luggage policies, pricing caps, and safety guidelines.
4. `list_governorates`: List all 24 Tunisian governorates with localized names (Arabic, French) and geographic coordinates.
5. `get_ride_details`: Retrieve details and live seat status for a specific ride ID.

## Authenticated Tools (Require Droovo User Sign-In)
1. `publish_ride`: Publish a ride on Droovo as a verified driver with owned vehicle and schedule.
2. `request_ride`: Book passenger seats on an existing ride.
3. `cancel_ride_request`: Cancel a pending booking request.
4. `respond_to_request`: Accept or decline passenger booking requests (driver).
5. `get_authenticated_user`: Retrieve the authenticated user profile and verification status.
6. `get_user_cars`: Inspect owned vehicles and seat capacities.

## Key Platform Constraints
- Geography: Strictly 24 Tunisian Governorates (Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous, Manouba, Nabeul, Zaghouan, Bizerte, Béja, Jendouba, Kef, Siliana, Sousse, Monastir, Mahdia, Sfax, Kairouan, Kasserine, Sidi Bouzid, Gabès, Médenine, Tataouine, Gafsa, Tozeur, Kébili).
- Currency: Tunisian Dinar (TND / DT).
- Platform Ceiling: Maximum seat price is 25 DT.
- Safety: Explicit confirmation must always be obtained before executing consequential tools (`publish_ride`, `request_ride`).
